Reflexology is a form of healing that can be traced back at least 5000 years to Egypt. A similar form of healing was also known and used in China. This knowledge has gradually spread to Europe and other parts of the world.

Reflexology is a natural, non invasive therapy that is complimentary to traditional medicine. It is based on the principle that all parts of the human body are “reflected” on specific points of the feet, hands and ears.

Sue has had an interest in Reflexology for many years and in 2008 she completed a Diploma of Reflexology at the Reflexology Academy of Western Australia.

Reflexology works as a form of communication between the practitioner and the client to assist the client to come back to a state of balance and harmony.

By stimulating the reflex points on the feet, hands or ears, changes can be activated at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels simultaneously.

Stress, toxins and illness can create blockages that inhibit the flow of energy. These blockages may also manifest in the corresponding reflex points in the feet.

Stimulation of congested reflex points can assist in clearing these blockages in the body allowing the flow of energy to be restored.

Reflexology can reduce stress and tension; improve circulation, and increase vitality. Improve the quality of sleep; shift emotional blockages in the body, improve the immune system and provide a feeling of peace and wellbeing.
